Lambert, a dedicated professional known for his warm demeanor and commitment to education, passed away, leaving students, friends, and family in shock and disbelief.

On Sunday, November 5, 2023, the Jonesboro Public Schools community was devastated by the news of Lambert’s passing. In a heartfelt Facebook post, the school district expressed their sorrow, stating, “Jonesboro Public Schools is saddened that we have lost one of our own.” Lambert’s untimely demise has left a void in the educational community, where he was a beloved figure.

A Remarkable Career

Blake Lambert, a graduate of Henderson State University, earned his Bachelor’s degree in physical education teaching and coaching in 2010. He later pursued higher education, graduating from Arkansas State University in 2016 with a Master of Educational Leadership and Administration, General (MSE). Lambert’s passion for teaching led him to the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library, where he made a significant impact as a Coach and Teacher from August 2018 to September 2020.

Lambert’s dedication to education extended beyond the classroom. He ventured into the real estate industry, showcasing his versatility as a Real Estate Agent/Salesperson at Blake Lambert-New Horizon Real Estate. His diverse skill set highlighted his commitment to both education and real estate.
